We are located on Route 6, in the community of Stanley Bridge, 4 minutes west of Cavendish. We are approximately 30 minutes from the cities of Summerside and Charlottetown and 40 minutes from the Confederation Bridge. The closest beach is the Cavendish National Beaches which is a 5 minute drive from the Resort. [Driving directions]
Directions from the Confederation Bridge
Coming off the bridge into PEI, follow the transcanada highway approximately 5 minutes and take the Summerside exit onto 1A west. Following 1A west, drive about 10 minutes and turn right onto route 8. Route 8 travels accross country, north, until you reach a stop sign and you then turn right, onto highway 2. Follow highway 2 about 2 minutes and turn left onto route 254. Follow 254 approximately 6 minutes until you enter Stanley Bridge. At the stop sign (cross roads), turn left onto route 6. Follow route 6 about 30 seconds and the Resort in on your right hand side.
Directions from the Charlottetown Airport
From the Charlottetown Airport, follow Route 2, west towards Hunter River. Pass Hunter River, approximately 5 minutes, still on route 2 and turn right onto Route 254. Travel this secondary road approximately 5 minutes until you reach Stanley Bridge. At the stop sign (cross roads) turn left onto Route 6. Travel approximately 30 seconds and crossing a small bridge, the Stanley Bridge Country Resort is found on your right, on route 6. Approx. driving time from Charlottetown is 30 minutes.
